This Esquire in the Thinline style from the mid-'80s is either a one-off custom creation by Fender Japan or part of a limited run of very high-end instruments. It was order number "K-018" for Fuji Gengakki, indicating I believe that it was the 18th Fender Japan special-order produced by the factory. It has a birdseye maple top and mahogany back, a nitrocellulose lacquer finish, and a custom-machined steel bridge plate.
Its condition is very near mint. It comes with its factory documentation and a hardshell case.
